Key Rehab is looking for an SLP to join our team of health professionals either PRN or Part Time in providing excellent patient care in the Exira and Mt Ayr area in a Home Health and SNF setting. This position could be FULL TIME if  the Red Oak area is also included!

This position is in a SNF setting in Mt Ayr and Exira with additional hours available if coverage is also provided for Home Health in the Red Oak area.

Therapists will use their skills to evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals. 

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• Must have CCC’s or be a CFY candidate.
• Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.

• Understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
