As a Credentialing Specialist at Key Rehab, you will:

• Coordinate and manage the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for therapists and behavioral health clinicians in an outpatient setting.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and the direct billing team to support timely provider enrollment and insurance credentialing

Education:
Required:
•High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
Required:
•One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred:
•Two (2) years of credentialing experience in a healthcare setting
•Previous experience credentialing therapists (PT/OT/SLP) and/or mental health clinicians (LPC/LCSW/Clinical Psycologist)
•Previous experience in billing in a healthcare setting.
•Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payer enrollment processes.
•Understanding of outpatient therapy and/or behavioral health regulatory requirements.
•Proficiency with CAQH and MS Office and Google products.
•Familiarity with insurance verification, HRIS, electronic medical record software.
•Ability to problem-solve and navigate payer-specific challenges.
